5. Authorization to amend our FY’08 agreement with ARC for the provision of aging services in Douglas County to restore approximately $10,000 to the meals program. (Legal)

Authorization to advertise for a public hearing to consider amendment to the Douglas County Code of Ordinances § 12-3 (c) (5) Administrative and regulatory fee structure; occupation tax structure, § 12-81 (a) License – Required; contents of application and change the title of Article V of Chapter 12.
